Implementing an Integrated Management System
Ben Marguglio

Why this Seminar?

Many companies are faced with implementing management systems standards - e.g., for environmental management systems, ISO 14001; quality management systems ISO 9001; occupational health and safety management systems, OHSA’s 18001; and others.  Maintaining multiple systems to accomplish similar goals is neither cost effective nor practical in today’s business environment.  Creating an overall business system that integrates the requirements and guidelines of these individual management system standards substantially reduces cost and often improves effectives.  This seminar provides practical guidelines on integration, as well as strategies to make integration work in the organization.
